John Ward - President of Veritas Construction

John has over 20 years experience as a marketing and sales professional in computer and real estate industries. He has been an investor in subdivisions and remodeling single- family homes for over 17 years. In 1999, John sold his computer company and decided to invest full-time in the real estate market. Veritas Homes was established in 2001 to develop subdivisions in St. Louis and St. Charles counties. A decision was made at the end of 2006 to start a new division, called Veritas Construction, to focus exclusively on commercial real estate. Phillip Barnes - Vice President of Commercial Construction

Phillip has over 30 years experience in commercial general contracting in the St. Louis metro area and adjoining states. He has successfully estimated and managed the construction of over 150 various projects. In late 2006, he joined Veritas Construction as Vice President of Commercial Construction to head up the project management team.
